Using Cnc Milling Machines
The greatest development in the field of machine tools begins with the introduction of machines called Numerical Control (NC-Numerical Control), which work according to numerical programming in the 1950s. With the use of tools made of ceramic at the same dates, cutting speeds and machining qualities reached great values, and in both applications, machine tools showed great improvements in terms of both quality and quantity. This development, including the previously known mechanical automaton loom, has created a large range of looms known today as pin-controlled, cam-controlled, copy-controlled, single-axle, multi-axle transfer benches. By equipping CNC machines with computers, CNC (Computer Numerical Control) and DNC (Direct Numerical Control) benches were formed, and with the use of computers and personal computers, these benches started to perform the operation at the optimization level. In this module, you are given information about the structure, preparation and use of CNC milling machines.
